SCOPE
AQUAPURE-100 is a corrosion inhibitor which is specially formulated to check the corrosion development in the water channels of the cooling systems. The corrosion is controlled by two fold mechanisms. This involves passivation of the metal surface and catholic-anodic inhibition. The anti-corrosive mechanism of AQUAPURE-100 is still functional when the total hardness of the circulating water is very high.
PRINCIPAL USE
Oxychrome compound to check the corrosion development in the cooling systems.
CONCENTRATION
It works effectively at 3%, the accurate concentration will depend on the actual quantity of scale and the nature of scale that is present in the equipment. Therefore concentration between 3% and 10% is generally recommended.

OPERATION
AQUAPURE-100 corrosion inhibitor is injected in to the basal water tank of the cooling system an the water is allowed to circulate for complete mixing. The pH of the circulating water is maintained between 6 and 6.5 to regulate the pH of the circulating water at the required level.
